Eden Community Land Trust
Eden CLT is seeking their first full-time Executive Director.  Until now, Eden CLT has been run by a working Board and a part-time coordinator, under fiscal sponsorship of Oakland CLT. We have recently achieved independent 501(c)(3) status and secured funding from Alameda County to hire our own staff. This is an exciting, critical moment of organizational launch and growth. As Executive Director, you will build Eden CLT from its startup phase into a sustainable, impactful organization. The role begins at 30 hours/week (0.75 FTE) for the first year, scaling to 40 hours/week in Year 2.

Housing El Dorado
Housing El Dorado creates and promote affordable housing solutions and support services that nurture individuals and families while encouraging self-sufficiency on the Western Slope of El Dorado County. They are seeking a variety of volunteer positions.

LA Chinatown Community Land Trust
LA Chinatown CLT is seeking a Programs and Operations Manager!  LACCLT is currently a fully volunteer-run organization with a volunteer board managing both the day-to-day activities and long-term strategy development. This role would be its first full-time staff and will help project manage the various workstreams that are currently being managed by the board, as well as lead and develop other projects and priorities identified in our strategic plan.

Northern California Land Trust (NCLT)
NCLT is seeking a Woolsey Gardens Project Director to lead Woolsey Gardens, a 65-unit mixed-use affordable housing development in Berkeley, from pre-construction through completion. The Director will lead capital strategy and execution, including securing remaining subsidy and permanent financing, and managing relationships with lenders, investors, and public agencies. The role also includes overseeing external consultants and development partners, managing budgets and contracts, and coordinating across teams to support implementation and project launch. 

Supportive Housing Community Land Alliance (SHCLA)
SHCLA is a nonprofit community land trust whose mission is to acquire real estate for populations with serious mental health challenges in Alameda County.  Hiring for the following positions:
