The Ca CLT Network has two categories of Yearly memberships:
Voting Membership: For nonprofit organizations structured as Community Land Trusts, with community ownership programs a core of their operations. Some emerging CLTs may also qualify as voting members.
Supporting Membership: For individuals and organizations that are allies and contributors to the CLT ecosystem, but are not yet structured as Community Land Trusts.
Memberships run on the calendar year. Voting member applications are processed and confirmed by CA CLT Network staff, and sometimes include review by the CACLTN board. You will be contacted if missing any information for processing your application. Only Member Dues paid in the months of November and December include membership for the following calendar year.
