Want to learn more about community land trusts (CLT)? Join this online workshop on CLT basics, the CLT landscape in California, some CLT strategies for acquiring and preserving housing and more! This event is designed to aid community members, nonprofit staff, government employees and elected officials who are looking to learn about how community ownership and community land trusts are creating an alternative to the speculative real estate market and could be put to use in their neighborhood, town, or region.
San Joaquin Valley Workshops
In 2024, the San Joaquin Valley (SJV) Community Ownership Project will be conducting quarterly virtual and/or in-person workshops OPEN TO ALL covering critical topics in advancing community ownership for land and housing.
