The California Community Land Trust Network established an incorporating Board in 2017. The Board has initiated the work to establish the Network as a California nonprofit corporation. One of the first actions was to file the Articles of Incorporation with the California Secretary of State.
The Articles of Incorporation were accepted by the Secretary of State on December 18, 2017. The next step will occur on January 17, 2018 when the incorporating Board meets to officially adopt the bylaws, and approves submitting the Network’s applications for tax exemption to the State of California & the Internal Revenue Service.
